Refund policy

At Cozy Ora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging. Any original tags, seals or protective packaging must remain intact.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, tested or unsealed beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at cozyora12@gmail.com and include your name, order number, item you wish to return and reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back before receiving return approval.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal-care products
  • Products with broken hygiene or safety seals
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

For standard eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us first so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variation, you may return an eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
